As of 1st of May 2024, Dr Breed will no longer routinely bulk bill appointments except children under 16 years and Department of Veteran Affairs Gold Card holders. Whilst there is still funding available Chronic Disease Management Plans and reviews may still be bulk billed. If you are suffering from financial hardship, please discuss this directly with reception PRIOR to your appointment or your doctor on the day of your appointment.

Dr Breeds preferred appointment length is 20min. 10 minute in person appointments are still available for single issues. Telehealth appointments are all 10mins only.
20 Minute Appointment
$142 ($59.10 out of pocket)
Suitable for example: Government driving or parking forms, mental health, followup appointments after hospital admissions. Also the best choice if you would like to discuss more than one issue.

10 Minute Appointment
$89 ($46.15 out of pocket)
Suitable for example: Single issue only, medication review whist renewing scripts, renewing referrals, followup from prior appointments.
Telemedicine 10 minute appointment
$89 ($46.15 out of pocket)
Suitable for example: medical certificates for respiratory illnesses or gastro, travelling or interstate, working and unable to attend in person, out of hours appointments via prior arrangement.
Requires access to a smart device with camera and microphone. Works on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.

Other Services
Not all services attract Medicare rebate, common examples of these sorts of issues include workplace medical assessments, commercial drivers licence assessments and some travel medicine consultations.
Procedures
All procedures (Implanon, skin cancer, plasters etc) attract an out of pocket cost. This cost will be discussed with you prior to the procedure to allow an informed choice.
Emergency/On The Day Appointments
Available everyday Dr Breed is working, these are NOT bulk billed even for children.
Nursing Home Visits
These can be arranged directly with Havilah for existing Nightingale patients. For new admissions please contact Nightingale’s friendly reception team.
Comercial Drivers Licence/Workplace Medical
For existing Nightingale patients please book 20min appointment. May also require nurse booking
New Patients
Contact the friendly reception staff to determine the right appointment for you. Please bring all your medications and your history with you to your appointment.
Script Requests
Requests will be considered, if suitable a $25 fee (no rebate) will be charged, if not suitable you may be asked to make an appointment. Please ensure request includes full medication name with correct spelling and correct dosage as sometimes other doctors update your medications without telling us.
Travel Medicine
Please book a 20min appointment.
Child Health Checks
Please book 20min appointment. For 6 week post partum check please also book a 10min appointment if needed for mother either directly before or after the newborn appointment.
Chronic Disease Plans or Health Assessments
Please let the friendly reception staff know and they will assist you with your booking both the nurse and the doctor.
Mental Health Care Plan
Please mention this is the reason for your booking when speaking to our friendly reception team.
